Your Cauldryn product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Should you find that your Cauldryn product is not properly functioning, please contact our customer service department at support@cauldryn.com . Our Support Team will be happy to work with you to either get your product working or to provide an RMA for return.
If the customer service team determines that your product needs to be returned, please follow the below steps:
• Please reference your order number from your cauldryn.com purchase, or provide a copy of your receipt of purchase, if purchased from one of our authorized dealers.
• Clearly, reference the RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team.
• We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
• Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
• Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
